We offer a full range of services tailored to clients specific requirements for individual projects. The level of service is always to the highest standard and we offer our clients a flexible approach including full design duties, performance duties, feasibility studies, survey reports and facilities management advice. If you have more of a bespoke project we are happy to provide our advice and services to tailor your individual project needs.

The Practice takes an informed view of the concepts of space planning and considers not only the detailed requirements of the services elements within the building, but also the aesthetic appearance of the completed project.

Building Services Design

During the design process our engineers take into account the wide ranging factors within a building design that affects the selection of design solutions available. We have an awareness of the architectural and structural concepts as well as the overall project cost restraints. As Building Services Designers we are in a good position within the design team to impact on all elements of the design from project concept to after completion to assist the client with monitoring of the buildings performance.
